A lady taking out the trash in East Harlem was stabbed in an unprovoked assault from a stranger, police mentioned Wednesday.
Because the 32-year-old sufferer was throwing out rubbish on Lexington Ave. close to E 102nd St. the attacker got here up from behind about 8:15 p.m. Tuesday and stabbed her within the shoulder, cops mentioned.
Medics took the sufferer to Mount Sinai Hospital in steady situation.
The attacker ran off downtown on Lexington Ave. and has not been caught.
